BRIEF_As I approach the end of my studies, after designing endless  projects and creating a number of brand identities for real or conceptual brands; it was time that I give myself a visual identity as a graphic designer. I began this project by gathering and exploring different sources of inspiration for color, type, layout and my overall aesthetic route.
SKETCHES_After endless scrolling and gathering of inspiration I began to take my ideas to paper and sketch numerous ideas out, this was a process that allowed any ideas I had internally to come to fruition and discover what works or not.
DIGITIZED SKETCHES_I digitized two of my strongest sketches after reviewing them with both my peers and professor,  while my left design was generally more well received, I wanted to tryout polishing a different design to get broader feedback.
ROUGH DRAFTS_Ultimately, the left design was stronger and chosen as my final design. As much as I like the idea of an iconic logo design, I had to find ways to insert my name into the established design. Here I was able to play with color and explore layouts for my business card.
FINAL DESIGN_Following unanimous feedback, I changed the font to one that matches the flow of my logo landing me on my final design. The green and pink color combination was favored by myself and peers for its striking look.
From my batch of business card designs this vertical design was selected for having a greater visual hierarchy.
After the business card, I designed my professional cover letter and  resume ensuring to implement my visual identity in the design.
